Who provides SoloPro
SoloPro is provided by SoloPro Network LLC. These terms apply to the SoloPro app and web dashboard. Contact karl@solopro-network.com with questions. Effective September 4, 2026.
Your account and work
SoloPro helps independent professionals manage their own customers, schedules and invoices. You are responsible for keeping credentials private, the accuracy of your business information, and having permission to enter customer data. You remain responsible for services you offer, pricing, taxes, insurance and agreements with customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use SoloPro for unlawful activity, harassment, misleading listings, unauthorised access or interference with the service. Upload only content you are entitled to use. You retain ownership of your content and allow us to process it to provide the service.
Payments and availability
Payments and payouts use Stripe and are subject to Stripe's applicable terms and fees. SoloPro does not guarantee payment, uninterrupted availability, route accuracy or forecast accuracy. Review AI suggestions before saving them. No recurring SoloPro subscription is offered in this release; any future paid plan will show its terms before purchase.
Ending your account
You may delete your account in Account → Delete account or through our web deletion page. Deletion ends access and stops new collections through unpaid links. It does not cancel already-performed work, reverse settled payments or extinguish existing financial obligations. The privacy policy explains retained records.
Changes and your rights
We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
SoloPro fees
There are no SoloPro subscriptions. SoloPro takes a 1% fee on every card payment made through the app, deducted from that payment. Cash and checks carry no SoloPro fee. Payment processing charges are separate. See pricing for the fee policy.
